Young Ones 2018 Social Brief:
Opioid Abuse
In truth, the epidemic reaches every age, race, and gender, every demographic and socio-economic segment. It is an equal opportunity crisis. Someone close to you is likely at an increased risk of an opioid overdose, and they might not even know it". -Young Ones Brief, 2018

Inspired by the turbulent nature of politics, we set out to try and personify the Opioid Epidemic in America. Sneaky, alluring, and affecting every socioeconomic class, we realized this epidemic has all the makings of a modern day politician. We'd launch our awareness campaign as a seemingly normal "campaign for equality". Once protests take place, and followers are amassed, the veil would drop and our true intentions revealed. Because when this many are affected by opioids, there may be equality for all, but there is justice for NONE.
